1. Decide how big the change is

Tiny

• Correcting typos and dead links
• Doesn't need to trouble the MRMs
• Make a PR and assign to CF, who can review and merge

Minor

• Such as: restructuring a README in order to make workshop instructions clearer
• Not actually changing the content
• Raise an issue and assign to CF
• MRMs should be tagged as reviewers in any related PRs

Major

• Such as: proposing to change the content of a workshop
• Raise an issue and assign to CF, who then assigns to MRMs
• MRMs should also be tagged as reviewers in any related PRs
